Recent Activities

This section of the website describes some recent activities in Forest Home. Some are ongoing; others are from the past.  FHIA has been involved with all of them, sometimes as the leader of the activity; at other times in a more minor role.

Many of these activities involve the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, and Cornell University. As a long-established community organization we are often effective in advocating for changes that benefit Forest Home. And on occasion we use our voice to deflect less welcome proposals.
